How do you deliver orders?
Right now, Playground delivers within Abuja only. We're campus-first — if you're at UniAbuja or elsewhere in the city, we've got you covered. Nationwide delivery is coming as we grow, so hold tight if you're outside Abuja.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 3 working days of purchase. Since pieces are tailor-produced, drop and pre-order items may take a little longer. We'll let you know the expected timeline at checkout or when you order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to us as soon as possible on Whatsapp: 09131567773 and we'll try to accommodate changes before your order goes into production or out for delivery.
Where is my order?
Once your order is out for delivery, you'll get a message with delivery details. If you haven't heard from us and it's past the expected window, message us directly on Whatsapp: 09131567773 and we'll check on it.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a size exchange. Message us on WhatsApp: 09131567773 with your order number and we'll sort out the exchange.
My item is faulty - what do I do?
If something's wrong with your piece — wrong size, damage, or a production fault — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Given our made-to-order, tailor-based production, we currently offer exchanges rather than refunds, except in cases of a confirmed fault on our end. Either way, contact us on WhatsApp:

We accept payments via Paystack and Flutterwave, so you can pay by card, bank transfer, or USSD — whatever's easiest for you at checkout.
